1. The application

Hermes Agent — Personal is a private, self-hosted AI assistant built on the open-source Hermes Agent framework and operated by its owner for personal, non-commercial use.

2. No public service

The App is not offered as a service to third parties. There are no accounts, no fees, and no sign-ups. Use of the App is limited to the Operator.

3. Google account access

Where the App connects to Google services, it does so solely with the consent of the account owner and only for that account. Consent may be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page.

4. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Operator makes no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. The underlying framework is licensed under the MIT License.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
